PAPER SYNCHRONIZER-RING

Linter Pulp(Aramid Pulp) is base material for paper discs and all kinds of special chemicals has soaked into them. It is good for both the wet friction discs and the sychronizer-ring application.

- Higher friction coefficient (¥ì:0.13) compared with copper alloy
- Better elasticity (Better feeling)
- Higher absorption (including absorption of foreign materials)
- Absence of noise or vibration.

RESIN SYNCHRONIZER-RING

Phenol resin is a main material. It has been designed for the sychronizer-ring application.

- Lighter than other materials (Light weight)
- Good resistance to oil
- Good heat resistance (optimal operating temperature 120¡É)
CARBON SYNCHRONIZER-RING
Carbon-Fiber based friction meterial. It has been designed for the high performance sychronizer-ring application such as high powered car, DCT, AMT, etc.

- It has no variation in the coefficient of friction.
- It has high heat resistance. (Application temperature at 250¨¬ C has no adverse effect).
- It has high endurance against extreme shifting of transmission.
- It has high endurance against impacts. - It is excellent in general endurance.
